At Everyday Athlete PDX, we strive to be your go-to source for conservative management of musculoskeletal injuries, along with caring for any pain you may be dealing with, regardless of it’s new or something you may have been dealing with for a while. Methods we use at Everyday Athlete PDX, include spinal and extremity joint mobilization, soft tissue therapies including cupping and fascial release, along with numerous movement interventions, which may include working with kettlebells, resistance bands, Indian clubs, or bodyweight! At your assessment, it will be determined what types of movement interventions are needed, whether that is working on stabilization, joint mobility, building strength, cleaning up some of your movement patterns, or something completely different! Every movement intervention is tailored to your individual needs.
